Iced Pumpkin Cookies

2 1/2 C. Flour 1 t. Baking Powder 1 t. Baking Soda 2 t. Cinnamon 1/2 t. Nutmeg 1/2 t. Ground Clove 1/2 t. Salt 1/2 C. Butter, softened 1 1/2 C. Sugar 1 C. Pumpkin Puree 1 Egg 1 t. Vanilla Extract 2 C. Powdered Sugar 3 T. Milk 1 T. Butter, melted 1 […]

2 1/2 C. Flour
1 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Baking Soda
2 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Nutmeg
1/2 t. Ground Clove
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 C. Butter, softened
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1 C. Pumpkin Puree
1 Egg
1 t. Vanilla Extract
2 C. Powdered Sugar
3 T. Milk
1 T. Butter, melted
1 t. Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, cream together 1/2 C. of butter and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg, and 1 t. vanilla and beat until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet and flatten slightly.

Bake 15-20 minutes and glaze with fork!

For Glaze: Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
